We recommend that you start with one 15-minute treatment a day. Each treatment lasts 15 minutes, and then the device switches off by itself.
Once you've got used to it, you can use Fodlux Pro several times a day if you like. How often you use it is entirely up to you and your needs: some are happy with one treatment a day, while others have several.
If you are in a lot of pain, we recommend placing a towel between your foot and the device at first, so that the heat and massage feel gentler while you get used to it.
