DELIVERY & PAYMENT

Information about delivery:

We offer free shipping to parcel shop on all orders over 399 kr. otherwise shipping is 19 kr. to parcel shop. Home delivery with GLS costs 56kr. regardless of the order size.

Delivery time:

The delivery time is 1-2 business days (Sent with GLS, or Bring). You have the option to send to parcel shop with both GLS and Bring as well as home delivery with GLS.

If you order before 11:00 on a weekday, we will ship your order the same day.

Information about payment:

Reliefr accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Mobilepay, Anyday. The payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.

RESERVATION OF AMOUNT

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We charge the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer. We do not charge card fees.
