Right of withdrawal

As a customer with us, you have an extended 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The satisfaction guarantee expires 30 days after the date the order is placed.

The deadline means that you have 30 days from the order date to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@reliefr.dk, call tel: +45 70 60 46 48, or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also notifying us at the same time.

CANCELLATION OF PART OF THE PURCHASE

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not get the shipping costs refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.
