Is Reliefr a European company?
Yes. We are a European company headquartered in Copenhagen. Our warehouse is located in Brøndby, from where all orders are shipped.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), debit cards, PayPal, SEPA, iDEAL, Bancontact, and Klarna. You can also see the available payment options at checkout, based on the country you're located in.

Shipping & Returns
When can I expect to receive my order?
Our standard delivery time is 2–3 business days if you place your order before 2:00 PM on a weekday.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on orders over € 100. For orders below that amount, shipping costs depend on your country — the final price will be displayed at checkout
Which delivery options are available?
We offer a range of delivery options, all of which are visible at checkout. At the moment, we use GLS and UPS, as these are the carriers that have provided the highest level of satisfaction among our customers.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
At the moment, we unfortunately don’t have a physical store where you can view or pick up our products. If you're unsure whether our products are right for you, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — so you can try them out with peace of mind.
How can I return a product?
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service at info@reliefr.com or via our contact form on the website. We will guide you on how to create a return label. Please note: Reliefr does not cover the cost of return shipping.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact customer service immediately — we will arrange a replacement or return.
We may ask you to provide photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

How do I know if my order was received?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your order, including an order number. Please check your inbox and spam folder to ensure the email has been received. If you haven’t received it, please contact our customer service.

Can I change or cancel my order after making payment?
Unfortunately, we may not be able to change or cancel your order after payment, as we strive to process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to see if anything can be done.

What guarantee do you offer?
Because we are confident in the quality and positive effects of our products, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all items.
In addition, we provide a 2-year warranty in accordance with consumer protection laws. This warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.
It does not cover issues caused by incorrect use of the product.
In the case of a valid claim, we will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

We process returns and warranty claims daily to ensure the best possible experience. Once we receive the item at our warehouse, it typically takes up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Products

Simply place your foot massage roller on the floor – it's ready to use right away. Then, roll your feet back and forth over it to enjoy the massage. It can be used with or without socks, but we recommend using it without for the best effect.
