We ship packages every weekday; if you order before 11:00 on a weekday, we will ship your package the same day.
We have 1-2 business days delivery both to parcel shops and home delivery. If you have questions about your delivery, you can contact us here.

You can have your package delivered with Bring, DAO or Burd:
- Bring – Parcel shop or home delivery
- DAO – Parcel shop
- Burd – Home delivery in the larger cities

Shipping to a parcel shop is free on purchases over 399 kr. otherwise it costs 29 kr. Home delivery always costs 45 kr. If you return an item, it costs 56 kr., while exchanges are completely free.

We offer several payment options:

- Visa and Mastercard
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Klarna, Anyday and Viabill, pay in installments, pay the full amount, or postpone the payment

With us, you get a 30-day return policy, which is 16 days more than the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. We call it our satisfaction guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied, simply return the product within 30 days and receive a full refund.
