Guide - How to shop with us

We have made a simple step-by-step guide on how to shop on our website. If you have not shopped online on websites before, or if you are unsure how to do it, please read our guide below carefully.

To make a purchase with us, you must go through 5 steps:

1. Find the item or items you want, and add them to the shopping cart. You place the individual products in the shopping cart by clicking "Add to cart" when you are on the product you want. Then go to checkout by clicking the "Go to payment" button when your shopping cart is open.

2. Enter your personal information. This includes your first name, last name, email address, your residential address and your phone number.

3. Choose shipping/payment method. You can choose either GLS or DAO to parcel shop, where it shows the nearest parcel shops to your address, or you can choose GLS home delivery. In addition, you have the option to pay with all payment cards, MobilePay or Anyday.

4. Approve our terms and conditions and privacy policy. Before you make a purchase, it is important that you accept our terms and conditions, otherwise it is not possible to complete your order.

5. Check that all information is correct on the summary page, and approve the purchase.

6. After you have made a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation in your email, stating what you have purchased and at what price. After we have packed your order, you will receive a new email with your tracking number. This is a number where you can track your order and follow it until you pick it up at a parcel shop or have it delivered to your home address.
