1. About this application

Reliefr Content Hub is an internal business tool operated by Ecom World ApS (CVR 42170739), Vesterbrogade 208, 1800 Frederiksberg C, Denmark.

The application is not available to the public. Access is restricted to authorised employees of Ecom World ApS through password protection. There is no user registration, and no outside party can create an account or log in.

2. What the application does

Content Hub connects our advertising data from Meta with our internal library of video and image assets stored in Google Drive. The tool allows our marketing team to see which assets are used in which advertisements, and how those advertisements perform.

3. Data we retrieve from Meta

Through the Meta Marketing API, using the permissions ads_read, business_management, pages_read_engagement and public_profile, we retrieve the following data from advertising accounts owned by Ecom World ApS:

- Names, identifiers and delivery status of advertisements, ad sets and campaigns
- Advertising performance data, including spend, impressions, reach, clicks, video plays, conversions and return on ad spend
- References to creative assets, including thumbnail image addresses
- Aggregated audience statistics, such as distribution by age and gender, as reported by Meta

We retrieve data exclusively from advertising accounts owned and operated by Ecom World ApS. We do not retrieve data belonging to other businesses, and we do not retrieve data from advertising accounts we do not own.

4. Personal data

The application does not collect, request or store personal data about individuals.

We do not access the identity, contact details, profile information or behaviour of any person who views or interacts with our advertisements. The audience statistics provided by Meta are aggregated and cannot be attributed to individuals.

The only personal data in the system is the names of our own content creators, which form part of our internal file naming standard. These are our own collaborators, and the data consists of a first name used to organise files.

5. How data is stored

Data retrieved from Meta is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, within the EU. The application itself is hosted with Vercel. Video and image assets are stored in Google Drive under accounts owned by Ecom World ApS.

Access to the application requires a password. Access to the underlying database and hosting environment is restricted to the company owners.

6. How long we retain data

Advertising performance data is retained for as long as it remains relevant for internal analysis, currently covering the period from February 2026 onwards. Data is refreshed automatically from Meta at regular intervals. We delete data when it no longer serves a business purpose.

7. Disclosure of data

We do not sell, rent or share data obtained through the Meta Marketing API with any third party.

Data is processed exclusively by the providers necessary to operate the application, namely our database host and our application host, both acting as data processors on our behalf, and both located within the EU or covered by appropriate transfer safeguards.

8. Your rights

If you believe that Ecom World ApS holds personal data about you, you may contact us at the address below to request access, rectification or erasure. We will respond in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

9. Deletion of data

As the application has no public users, there is no self-service function for data deletion. Enquiries regarding data held by Ecom World ApS can be sent to info@reliefr.dk and will be handled within 30 days.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last amended.
