Information about delivery:

We ship with Bring, DAO and Burd. Free shipping to parcel shop on all orders over 399 kr. otherwise shipping is 29 kr. to parcel shop. Home delivery with Bring or Burd costs 45kr.. regardless of order size.

Delivery time:

The delivery time is 1-2 business days (Shipped with Bring, DAO or Burd). You have the option to send to a parcel shop with both Bring and DAO as well as home delivery with Burd or Bring.

If you order before 11:00 on a weekday, we ship your order the same day.

Information about payment:

Reliefr accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Mobilepay, Klarna, Viabill. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.

 

RESERVATION OF FUNDS

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We charge the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer. We do not charge card fees.
